Support Chain of Command

The Chain of Command is here to make sure that people aren't going straight to the Owner for Support Related Questions. Staff Members are expected to help anyone that messages them with a Question, even though they'd be redirected to the #support Discord Channel. Chain of Command - "hierarchy of reporting relationships – from the bottom to the top of an Staff Team. You should always be starting a question at a Trial Staff Member then another Staff Member if that initial one wasn't able to answer your question, then another Staff Member.

INCORRECT WAY OF SEEKING SUPPORT: In-game Issues: Spamming /help or /report, breaking character or Spam PMing Staff Discord Related Support: Going into Cody's Office and instantly screaming or questioning

People should not be going into the Community Owners Office asking why they were banned. Majority of the time bans can't be over-ruled unless necessary, which that is quite rare even with that. Bans ARE NOT appealable, you CANNOT contest bans as it'll be pointless and of no use.
